Volunteers! Where would any ministry be without volunteers!  Ino youth ministry uses volunteers and is always (at different times) in need of volunteers.  I must say that if you are interested in serving Jesus Christ by ministering to our youth there is a list of qualifications and standards to be met in order to serve in our youth ministry.  1) Saved, born again, accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord  2)  Personally committed to Jesus Christ whole heartily  3) Prays and reads the Bible daily  4)  A member of Ino Baptist Church   5) Faithful in Sunday School, Discipleship Training, and all worship services unless providently hindered   6) Practices giving of tithe and offering  7) Maintains high moral, ethical, and spiritual behavior/ conduct  8)  Refrains from the use of alcoholic beverages and tobacco  9)  Has a call or a tug in their heart from God to serve youth specifically  10)  Willing to be a team player with other leaders in the youth ministry  11) Support the ministry and leadership of the church staff  12) Fill out a criminal background check and be cleared before serving
